Microduck Pre-order, Shipping and Refunds

A Microduck pre-order reserves your selected products. The robot deposit and any optional packs at full price are paid together at checkout; only the remaining robot balance is paid separately before dispatch. The usual 3–8 day transit period starts after dispatch, not when you place the order.

1. What do I pay at checkout?

   The MD-01 robot deposit is up to US$119 including applicable robot tax, or the converted equivalent in your checkout currency. Optional packs are paid in full alongside it, plus their applicable tax and any delivery charge. Checkout shows the exact total before payment. A packs-only order is paid in full.

2. What happens before dispatch?

   We confirm the dispatch origin and estimated shipping window before requesting any remaining robot balance. The balance is paid separately and is not charged automatically.

3. Does the 3–8 day transit period include the pre-order wait?

   No. Transit normally takes 3–8 days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This does not include the pre-order wait.

Microduck robot price: full price, deposit and balance

One MD-01 costs US$399. Without additional tax, pay US$119 for the robot now and US$280 before dispatch. Add one US$39 pack and the merchandise payment now is US$158, while the robot balance stays US$280. Robot tax can reduce the pre-tax robot deposit so its tax-inclusive amount stays within US$119; packs, their tax and any delivery charge are additional. Other checkout currencies use converted amounts. Your order summary shows the exact total now and robot balance.

Each order may contain up to one MD-01 robot and up to two different packs, one unit of each. Choose from Developer Pack, Accessory Pack and Charger Pack, or no packs.

When will my Microduck pre-order arrive?

Microduck pre-orders: initial deliveries are targeted before Christmas 2026. Transit after dispatch typically takes 3–8 days, depending on destination. For a specific order, contact order support to discuss the current batch information before reserving.

European Microduck orders are dispatched from France; North American orders are dispatched from the United States. Available destinations, delivery methods and any shipping charge are shown during checkout. Free shipping applies only when it is displayed for the selected delivery address. Can I cancel before my order is dispatched?

You may cancel before the order is handed to the carrier. Payments collected for the order, including delivery charges paid, are refunded to the original payment method without a cancellation fee. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. If the expected dispatch window changes, we will contact you with the revised estimate and available options before requesting the robot balance.
