Store status
This official Microduck store, operated directly by Pollen Robotics SAS, sells the MD-01 robot and related accessories. Product images and specifications describe the current catalogue and may be updated as hardware and software develop.
Deposit pricing
Each order may contain up to one MD-01 robot and up to two different packs, one unit of each. Choose from Developer Pack, Accessory Pack and Charger Pack, or no packs. The robot deposit and the full price of any optional packs are collected at checkout. Only the remaining robot balance is due before dispatch.
Checkout and order acceptance
Submitting checkout creates an order request. An order is accepted when Microduck confirms it by email. The selected payment gateway processes the amount shown at checkout.
Safe use
Operate the robot on a clear, level surface, keep fingers away from moving joints and follow the supplied instructions. Adult supervision is recommended during setup and experimentation.

Order limit

The MD-01 robot costs US$399. Its deposit is up to US$119 including applicable robot tax. Without additional tax, pay US$119 for the robot now and the US$280 robot balance before dispatch. Optional packs are charged at their full listed price alongside the robot deposit; their applicable tax and any delivery charge are additional. For example, one US$39 pack makes the merchandise payment now US$158 before tax and delivery, while the robot balance stays US$280. Other checkout currencies use converted amounts. Checkout shows the exact amount due now and the robot balance; the balance is not charged automatically.
Faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect item? Contact order support to request a return and refund. For confirmed problems, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Problems after delivery
Accessory packs are optional. Choose up to two different packs per order, one unit of each: Charger Pack, Developer Pack or Accessory Pack.
